TALK TO SOMEONE

Emigrating to a new country can be stressful.  We can all feel isolated when separated from our family, friends and neighbors. Making the transition to a new country isn’t easy.  Be aware of the stresses that you are under in your new “adopted country.” The pressures of long working hours, low pay, extended commutes, absence of strong community and cultural ties,  rearing children, and the lack of social venues other than the bar scene can take their toll.  These affect our relationships and lives.
