“THE GOLDEN YEARS” (SENIORS)

Everyone has dreams of looking forward to the retirement years. It is considered a time when you stop working, sit back and enjoy life. For many this is not the reality. They have little savings, small social security benefits and often do not have a pension to fall back on. The cost of living has continually risen over the years but the benefits have not increased to meet the difference. With limited prescription drug coverage under Medicare, it is often a choice between food or medications. There are several organizations available to help the senior population have a better quality of life.
